I'm not sure online, remote coaching would work for me. Aren't in-person sessions more effective?

Online coaching gives you far greater access to an expert at times when you need it. Technology allows for us to log and review your food intake remotely and provide workouts via apps. We can stay in regular contact using WhatsApp and have catch-ups through voice or video calls. In short, you get far more from an online coach than you do with a PT in a gym.

What do you provide? Workouts or diet plans?

Both, and much more. This program is not just an exercise routine or a diet plan. We'll work towards optimising four key areas of your lifestyle:

Where should I start?

The best way to get started is to take the Lifestyle Quiz. This asks a few questions about your lifestyle and, upon submitting, you'll receive a Lifestyle Optimisation Score and discover what aspect of your lifestyle needs prioritising to make the biggest impact.

What kind of support do I get?

The program provides a personalised approach towards your nutrition and exercise. You'll discover exactly what you need to do, how best to do it (using proven psychology to make it as easy as possible) and support & guidance to implement it through emails, WhatsApp and video calls.

How soon can I see results?

Most people feel an improvement before they see it in the mirror. Within 2 weeks, you'll start to feel more energetic & in control. Within 3 weeks, you'll likely see a difference in the mirror. Within 6 weeks, others will notice the difference and start paying you compliments.

Am I fit enough to join your coaching?

Absolutely. This program is tailored to you. That means every exercise is purposefully thought through to ensure it is within your capability.

Do I need a gym membership or equipment to take part?

Again, everything is tailored to you. If you have a gym membership or equipment we can certainly use it, but it's not necessary. I've had lots of people achieve amazing results doing body weight exercises at home that require no equipment what so ever.
