I’ve Been Where You Are.
A few years ago, I felt completely stuck - frustrated with my body and unsure how to change.
In my 20s, I lived it large - nights out, indulgent meals, and endless brunches were part of my life.
Over time, my waistline expanded, my confidence plummeted, and I dreaded seeing myself in photos.
By the time I hit 38, I had a few more chins then I'd like and a muffin top. I use to hide behind people in photos too.

Lockdown forced me to face the truth: I couldn’t carry on like this. I started with home workouts, but it quickly became clear that I couldn’t out-train a bad diet.
I threw myself into learning about nutrition and discovered how to fuel my body properly.
As my confidence grew, I ventured into the weights section at the gym - a complete game-changer.
But it wasn’t just about exercise and calories. I improved my sleep, practised mindfulness, and built small, sustainable habits that stuck.
The result?
A leaner, stronger body - and a huge boost in energy and confidence.
