My Philosophy
It's not just about looking great.
It's about creating healthier habits that stick. Forget yo-yoing through fad diets or trying to keep up with the latest exercise craze; just simple, tailored lifestyle advice that works.

My Story

Where I started
I started my career as a scientist - medical biochemistry degree, Ministry of Defence work, deep into how the body works.
But my own body? Inconsistent - One year training for an Olympic triathlon, the next barely moving.
Diet driven more by a sweet tooth than strategy and by my late 30s, it showed.
So I approached it like a problem to solve.
I studied nutrition and training properly.
But the real shift came from understanding behaviour - habits, identity, and why willpower fails.
That changed everything.
I rebuilt my body, but more importantly, I built a system that made results repeatable.
Why I do this
I lost both my parents to lifestyle-related cancers. Not through neglect, but through a lack of awareness.
I was determined not to go the same way.
And when I researched gay lifestyles, I was shocked...
Higher rates of body image dissatisfaction.
Greater use of steroids and performance-enhancing drugs.
Increased alcohol and substance use.
Elevated levels of anxiety, depression, and suicide risk.
That’s not coincidence. That’s environment, pressure, and lack of the right support.
Most people aren’t failing because they don’t care. They’re failing because they don’t have the right structure.
What I do now
I help men build leaner, healthier bodies through simple, structured systems that actually stick.
No gimmicks. No extremes.
Just a method that delivers visible results now - and holds up long term.
Because looking better matters.
Feeling better matters.
And doing both in a way that lasts is the goal.
