Why choose the Gay Body Coach?
I'm Matt - a nutritionist, behaviour change coach, and gay man in my 40s who's spent years figuring out what actually works.
I know how complicated the relationship between gay men and their bodies can be.
The gym culture, the apps, the comparison, the body image stuff that never quite goes away.
I built this Challenge because I wanted to create something that takes all of that into account - not just the diet and the workouts, but the whole picture.
I'm also the fittest I've ever been in my 40s. Not because I have some genetic advantage or spend three hours a day training. Because I finally found the right system.
